HOW TO PAY TO ENTER THE SHOWS
Unfortunately, due to cheques being bounced and also the length of time that the banks take to clear cheques, we are no longer accepting cheques as a form of payment for entries.
We have looked long and hard at different ways for competitors to enter the shows, please see below:
If you like to do internet banking, we are happy to have entries paid directly to our bank account, but PLEASE make sure that you send us an email with your name, horse name, classes entered, first aid and amount you sent, so that we can work out who sent what! Don’t forget that this method will take three days to get to us, so please make sure that your payment will arrive before WEDNESDAY before a weekend show.

WE WILL TAKE ENTRIES UP UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE THE SHOW by using the link below—YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT as you can use most cards via the paypal system.

There is a button for pre cut off dates and after cut off dates. Cut off dates are the Sunday preceding the show (one week). If there is no appropriate button, please use whatever buttons to make up the amount.
Affiliated Classes £13 preceding cut off
Affiliated Classes £15 after cut off and on the day
Unaffiliated Classes £10 preceding cut off
Unaffiliated Classes £12 after cut off and on the day
Dressage Classes £12 preceding cut off
Miniature RIHS Classes please press the £10 button twice
VHS Regional Final last chance qualifiers £15 preceding cut off
VHS REGIONAL FINAL £35 preceding cut off
Don’t forget £3 for each rider /handler for first aid and arena party contribution.
Don’t forget to email Class number/horse name/rider name so we know who the entries are from! You can do this in the notes section when you use paypal or send us an email to poshnags@aol.com
ENTRIES ON THE DAY WILL STILL BE CASH ONLY
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY CHEQUES ON THE DAY.
If you are experiencing difficulties with PAYPAL entries I can sometimes take DEBIT CARD ONLY payments over the telephone (Jenny 01233 840436) but there is a surcharge of £1 per payment to cover the cost of processing these entries.
It is a condition of entry that all competitors agree to abide by the rules of Great Chart Showing Shows, and accept the disclaimer of liability.
