This show is a qualifier for the 2011 P (UK) Winter Championship Show. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each qualifying class will qualify. Competitors in qualifying positions, who are not current members of P (UK) are allowed 14 days in which to become members and register their horses/ponies in order for the qualification to remain valid. No Qualification cards will be awarded in the ring

CLASS 1 PUK AMATEUR RIDERS RIDDEN HORSE/HUNTER/COB TYPE WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP

Stallion, mare or gelding, 4 years old or over, any height, Riders any age.

 

CLASS 2 P(UK) SPRINGFIELD PART BRED RIDDEN WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP

Stallion, mare or gelding, 4 years old or over, any height, Riders any age. Exhibits in this section must be registered in the part bred section of their breed society. Registration numbers must be stated on the entry form. Exhibits to be judged as a riding pony/riding horse. Horses to be ridden at the judges discretion.

 

CLASS 3 P(UK) MIRAGE SHP OF THE YEAR WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP

Pony of show hunter type, mare or gelding, 4 years old or over, not exceeding 158cms. Riders not to have attained their 20th birthday before 1st January in the current year. Riders must be the correct age for the size of animal they ride.

 

CLASS 4 P(UK) SAWTRY OPEN RIDING HORSE /COB WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP

Riding horse/cob, mare or gelding, 4 years and over, any height, riders any age.

 

CLASS 5 P(UK) AMATEURS RIDERS RIDING PONY WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP

Stallion, mare or gelding, 4 years and over, not exceeding 153 cms, riders any age.

 

CLASS 6 P(UK) MIMOSA CONFINED NOVICE INTERMEDIATE SHOW RIDING TYPE/ HUNTER TYPE WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP Mare or gelding, 4 years and over, exceeding 146cms and not exceeding 158cms. Not to have won a first prize of £10 or more in any open intermediate SRT/Show hunter type class before 1st Jan in the current year. Riders not to have attained their 25th birthday before the 1st January in the current year.

 

CLASS 7 PUK AMATEUR RIDERS M&M WINTER CHAMPIONSHIPS Stallion, mare or gelding, 4 years old and over, registered in the approved respective pure bred stud books of Connemara, Dales, Fells, Highland, New Forest, Welsh A, B, C & D, Dartmoor, Exmoor, Sheltand. Riders any age.

 

CLASS 8 P(UK) APACHEE RIDDEN PIEBALD/SKEWBALD HORSE/PONY WINTER CHAMPIONSHIP
