NO REFUNDS ON ENTRYS will be made under any circumstances. Entries may be swapped to a future show providing that a) entries have not closed and b) that there is room in the Class c) a vet or doctors certificate is produced - swaps will be at the organisers discretion and a surcharge will apply.

It is a condition of entry that all competitors agree to abide by the rules of Great Chart Showing Shows, and accept the disclaimer of liability.

 

       Non members may compete in all affiliated Classes and vice-versa.

       The organisers do not accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or loss to owners, riders, spectators or any other person or property whatsoever.

       The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry, cancel or alter Classes.

       The judges decisions are final on all matters and are NOT open to negotiation.

       Hard hats to current British Standard must be worn by riders at all times and we would be grateful if stallion handlers and child handlers would also wear hard hats.

       All dogs must be kept on leads and cleared up after, but we would prefer them not to come if at all possible.

       Competitors must NOT work animals in tack that is not permitted in the ring, and must use designated working in area. NO LUNGING IS PERMITTED ON THE SHOWGROUND AT ANY TIME.

       Ponies must be 4 years old or over for ridden Classes.

       Any pony stallion not exceeding 138cms or small breed M&Ms may NOT be ridden by juniors who have not attained their 12th birthday by the 1st January in the current year. Stallions exceeding 138cms or large breed M&Ms may not be ridden by any juniors who have not attained their 14th birthday before 1st January in the current year.

       Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated. Persons acting in such a manner will be requested to leave the showground and will be barred from further shows.

       DO NOT muck out your horse box or leave litter around the showground.

       Emergency vehicular access must always be available DO NOT BLOCK GATEWAYS AND DRIVES.

       The organisers retain the right to split, amalgamate, substitute or cancel Classes due to limited or excess entry numbers.

       At shows where prize money is offered, the organisers have the right to withdraw prize money when entries are not sufficient.

NPS Dressage Rules:
Dressage Championship Final to be held at the prestigious show venue Addington Manor Equestrian Centre, Addington, Buckinghamshire in April 2010 – date to be confirmed.
The two highest placed ponies in each section at each qualifying show will qualify for the 2010 Final.
Sections are open to:-
* Registered Mountain & Moorland breeds not exceeding 138cm
* Registered Mountain & Moorland breeds exceeding 138cm
* Registered British Riding Ponies
* Part Bred Horses/Ponies registered with their appropriate Native Breed Part Bred Stud Book
*   Highest placed rider aged under 12 years on 1st January 2009
 Part Bred Native ponies over-stamped within the British Riding Pony Stud Book may only compete in one section per season.
Qualifying rounds will be open to everyone from across the UK. All qualifiers will receive Sponsors rosettes and cards.Horse/pones must be ridden at the Final by the qualifying rider. Those qualifying for the Final must be fully paid up Dressage or Showing members of the NPS for 2010 in order to compete at the 2010 NPS/TopSpec Final. The Champion winners of each section Final for each Test will be required to perform a 4.5 minute freestyle to Music for the judging of the Overall NPS/TopSpec Supreme Dressage titles.
Please Note: The NPS/TopSpec Supreme Dressage Final will run in accordance with the 2009/2010  NPS Dressage Rules which will be available to all NPS Dressage and Showing Members
